Pride Construction provides project consultation, construction management, and general contracting services. We excel in restoration and repair projects in both residential and commercial applications ranging in scope from tenant finish to engineered structural repairs.

JOHN KENNEDY

Chief Executive Officer

John joined Pride in 2016 and is the Chief of Estimating and Project Management. John brings almost 30 years of invaluable construction industry experience. Throughout his career John has successfully completed thousands of structural repair and restoration projects. From repairing multilevel concrete parking structures to historical buildings that require unique engineered solutions.

RANDY KENNEDY

Chief Operations Officer

Randy founded Pride Construction in 2014 and is Chief of Operations and Logistics. He created Pride Construction by following his entrepreneurial spirit and identifying an opportunity in the construction market. Randy proudly served 5 years in the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command as a Combat Controller.

SHANE DOTTENWHY

Chief Financial Officer

Shane joined Pride Construction in 2016 and is the Chief Financial Officer. After serving 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry, he transitioned into a career in Finance after earning a B.S. in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Shane proudly serves on the Board of the Valor Bridge Foundation continuing help Veterans through their transition into the private sector.

PRIDE Construction LLC, provided service to my home that had water damage caused by a toilet water tank. There was significant damage on all five levels. Installation, drywall replacement, painting, checking for water level percentage in floors, moving of personal property to a storage unit, moving furniture back in the home, cleaning and working close with claims adjusters were all handled with the highest level of professionalism. This project was especially challenging for me because I live in a different state from where my rental property is located. Ryan and I communicated via email, phone calls and text messages. 

I can’t say enough about Ryan Hageman. Ryan gave me peace of mind beyond my imagination, during this project from beginning to end. He kept me informed of EVERY step in this process. He worked closely with my tenants and insurance claims adjusters as well. He kept EVERY commitment.
